As the name suggests, Hiroshima Umaimon Bishu Nabe uses only Hiroshima ingredients! Freshly caught conger eel from Hiroshima Prefecture, beef brisket from Sera Minori, oysters from Hiroshima Prefecture, and lemons from the Setouchi region are steamed and grilled to perfection in local Hiroshima sake.Perfect for entertaining clients, we've introduced a new course menu that includes only food.We ask that each person order at least one drink.
